What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, essential safety equipment, fuel, and a selection of standard beverages. Each charter type has unique offerings – for instance, evening cruises provide a range of premium appetizers and beverages, whereas business charters offer amenities like conference rooms and tailored catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
For best results, we suggest reserving your spot 2–3 weeks prior to your desired date, especially during our busy season from May to September. If you're planning an event for a corporation or a private gathering, consider booking 4–6 weeks in advance for optimal availability and customization possibilities.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should our captain determine that the weather conditions are hazardous, we offer the option to reschedule the charter to another suitable date or provide a complete refund. Our team keeps a close watch on weather patterns and will get in touch with you at least 24 hours in advance should the forecast suggest unfavorable sailing conditions.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly. Guests are allowed to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. In addition, we provide excellent catering options and are happy to tailor menus according to your preferences. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Are the yachts equipped to accommodate passengers with limited mobility?
We are committed to making our services accessible to everyone. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with more accessibility features than others. We encourage you to discuss your particular needs with us during reservation so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
Can you explain your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before departure, you will be refunded in full. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
